SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping costs are added to your order: for countries outside of Europe airmailcharges will be valid. Parcels sent to countries such as Brasil, Slovakia, Russia, Argentina are mailed registered mail. Registered mail costs Euro. 3,00/ approximately US$3.50. To give an approximate idea of shipping:

Prices in Euros/ 1 us$ is approx. 1.15 Euro. Rockhouse doesn't charge a handling-fee, just the stamps needed for mailing out a certain weight! In case you insist on registered mailing please send us this request separately per email: Rockhouse mails the order on risk of the buyer.
PAYMENT
All major creditcards, visa, master, amex, diners, jcb. For first time ordering we will make validcheck/precharge which will be automatically withdrawn by the cardprovider after some time. Only definite charge will be done on day we mail out your order. We are using fully secured server, however, you could fill in 00/00 as expiring date to be double secure, and mail us afterwards the expiring date.

DELIVERY
Delivery periods vary considerably. From 3 days up to a maximum of 10 weeks.This will depend on the supplier whom it may concern and the material in stock. Import-titles from USA, Japan, Australia a.o. usually demand a longer delivery-period. Orders run for a maximum of 10 weeks: when delivery doesn't take place within this time period, an email will be sent to the customer to confirm that the order has been taken 'offline'. On top of that an email will be sent when we receive the information that a certain title is not in supply anymore. There are about 4 million titles in our database which are catagorized 'used/collect', so that means whoever comes first... gets the one off item.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Sales are final, except defective product and misships, which may be returned after our approval per email. In case you want to cancel (or part of) your order, we are charging 10% cancellation fee - regardless the reason. The 10% is due if the order has not yet been shipped to us. If the order already has arrived at Rockhouse for you there's no cancellation possible.
